Kontrol AI ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of CO Advisory Pty Ltd (ABN 85 693 421 788). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to enquiries you make with us.

01 Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name
• Your phone number
• Any additional details you include in your message

If you book a discovery call through the scheduling tool on our site, you provide your name, email address and chosen time directly to our scheduling provider, and that booking is passed to us.

We do not collect sensitive personal information. Our hosting provider may collect limited technical information required to deliver the website securely. We also use analytics and advertising cookies, which are described in section 05.

02 How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call
• Understand your workflow and scope potential automation work
• Communicate with you about services you have requested

By submitting an enquiry you consent to us contacting you regarding your enquiry. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

03 How We Store & Protect It

Enquiry submissions are transmitted securely and delivered to us by email through our form provider. Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside Australia; where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled appropriately. We retain your information only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

04 Third Parties

We use Formspree, a third-party form service, to process and deliver contact form submissions to us by email. Formspree processes your data only to deliver your message and does not use it for its own marketing.

We use Cal.com to handle discovery call scheduling. If you book a time, Cal.com collects the details you enter in order to create the booking and send calendar invitations and reminders to you and to us.

We use Google services for website analytics and advertising measurement, as described in section 05. We do not share your information with any other third parties except where required by law.

05 Analytics & Advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this website — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and which sources they arrive from. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the pages you view. IP addresses are anonymised by Google and we do not use this data to identify individuals.

We also advertise through Google Ads. Where you reach this site from one of our ads, a Google Ads conversion tag records that the visit resulted in an enquiry or a booking, so we can measure which advertising is working. This tells us that a conversion happened and which ad it came from; it does not tell us who you are.

Information collected by these tools is processed by Google, which may store and process it outside Australia. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can opt out at any time. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and Google provides a browser add-on that disables Google Analytics tracking, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use this website, submit an enquiry, or book a call.

06 Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to request that we delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
